Nurturing resilient minds, the transformative power of praise and affectional support in reducing anxiety among children

Children today face rising pitch of anxiety because of academic demands, peer pressure and rapid social change. Affectional support and positive reinforcement from parents, teachers and caregivers play a vital role in fostering resilience also affectional well-being. This article explores how praise and affectional support can act as protective factors that reduce stress and promote mental health during childhood. It emphasizes the importance of empathetic communication, positive parenting and a nurturing environment to build confidence and inner strength in children.
