Nursing research plays a critical role in enhancing the quality and effectiveness of nursing education by generating evidence-based knowledge that informs teaching practices, curriculum development, and clinical training. It enables educators to identify gaps in current educational approaches and implement strategies that foster critical thinking, clinical competency, and professional growth among nursing students. Through rigorous inquiry and analysis, nursing research contributes to the development of innovative teaching methods, the integration of technology in education, and the alignment of educational outcomes with healthcare needs. This paper explores how nursing research drives improvements in nursing education, emphasizing its impact on educational quality, student performance, and ultimately, patient care. The study focuses particularly on the regional context of Rangpur, highlighting local advancements and challenges in incorporating research-driven practices into nursing education.
